This gentle class is a less strenuous hour long practice consisting of basic postures (asanas). It is a conscious, deliberate and secure flow connected to the breath. It is ideal for anyone who enjoys a more gentle, slower paced yoga class. This class is suitable for students simply looking for a more “tranquil” practice, beginners, seniors, women who are pregnant or practitioners recovering from injury. The poses are broken down using props, and proper alignment tips with substantial modifications.
