We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. While you may learn some technique in these classes, the focus is more on keeping the heart-rate up and exercise while you swag and groove. A dance background is not required to dance along.
