Go Barre Yoga

This energizing and challenging class uses a combination of ballet, yoga and pilates postures. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training. It incorporates light handheld weights during high repetitions of small range-of-motion and mats for core workout.
