A soothing, gentle chair practice that is designed to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. It consists on 30 minutes of modified yoga postures done while sitting in a chair. The gentle moves help improve the function, mobility and range of motion of the spine and other joints in the body. The practice incorporates a 15 minute dance playful-workout that complements the objective of the class.
