AS A TEACHER
Inspired by my teachers, peers, mentors and life experiences, I strive to teach every class mindfully and meaningfully. Each dance or yoga practice is held with love and joy. Movements and asanas are therapeutically align-based but dynamically paced. I offer English and Spanish classes as well as hands-on-assistance to anyone who requests it. My goal as instructor, is to awaken students to positively challenge themselves physically, mentally and emotionally.
